Renovated apartment on the first line of the Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to it. It has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 7 people.

Comfortable and large 90 m² apartment, with panoramic views of the sea, the beach and the city.



It has an elevator, 15 m² of glazed terrace with incredible views, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, 4 TVs (Smart TV in the living room and TV in all bedrooms) open community pool of season, tennis court, open-air parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival.

The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, clothes iron.



- The delivery of the keys and the check-in take place at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Brilliant stay!

Fantastic location, exceptional value and very clean apartment. Beds were comfortable and amazing views. Plenty of bedding and towels. 100% would stay again and fully recommended. If I am being very picky, small improvements could be, a few more toilet rolls, hand soap provided in the toilets. Air conditioning in the second bedroom would be welcomed too.

Fully equipped kitchen , every gadget you could ever need . Nice welcome pack and little touches like shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms Looks like the block is undergoing an internal refurbishment to the lobby area . Will give it a more modern feel so not much more to do really

While the apartment has a great location and fantastic view.... ... Described as sleeps 7, whilst technically correct the apartment has a dreadful layout if you need to use the sofa bed (whoever sleeps here has to go through bedrooms to get to either the bathroom or kitchen). It has seating for 4 and furniture far too big for the room. The dining table takes up so much space you can't sit round it or even walk past it. Described as having a pool and tennis court these were closed for building work. If your going as a party of 4 you will be comfortable any more and you are overcrowded

Topvakantie dankzij geweldige locatie en faciliteiten !

De heerlijke ruimte van het appartement en de prima bedden. Overigens was het ook fijn dat de luifels inmiddels weer gerepareerd waren. Bovendien blijft het een genot om 2 badkamers ter beschikking te hebben ! Persoonlijk viel het me tegen dat inmiddels het filterkoffiezetapparaat verdwenen was zodat ik niet mijn eigen koffie meer kon zetten, net als voorheen. Maar er was een Dolce Gusto geplaatst, wat voor anderen waarschijnlijk weer een verbetering is. Enige écht negatieve opmerking betreft de enorm irritant krakende eetkamerstoelen, waarvan er overigens inmiddels ook nog maar 4 van de oorspronkelijk 6 zijn overgebleven.

Fabulous Location

Fantastic view, good security of building. Advertised as a 3 bedroom but it was more a 2 bedroom, only access to living area was through the bedrooms, therefore you needed to use the small middle bedroom as a hall, to the food drinks from kitchen to dining table.

The view. Exceptional. The apartment is of a very good standard and modern. Windows need cleaning externally. When sun hits at certain time of day it really notices. Kitchen little dated but good. The ensuite bathroom is very dated and needs a refurbishmen to match the rest of the apartment.

mooi appartement en top uitzicht,

het uitzicht en de ligging zijn top, de bedden zijn zeer goed, badkamer is leuk, goede wifi, zetels zijn ook goed. Keuken prima. de gebreken van de wasbak en kapotte stoel werd vlug opgelost. Eettafel is te groot voor de plaats ervoor, stoelen mogen vervangen worden. de luifel rechts werkt maar alleen als je deze meehelp, was naar beneden toen we binnenkwamen en was al een 50 cm zonnewering kapot. best laten hertellen. leuning van relaxstoel staat los. Voor het wisselen van de lakens en handdoeken betere info geven wanneer ze juist komen zodat we deze kunnen klaarleggen in de hal als ze de nieuwe brengen. Voor 1 maand huur korting geven.

Ubucacion y vistas. Horario del check in llegamos a las 16:00 y el apartamento no estaba listo aun. Tuvimos que esperar hasta a las 20:00 y era incomodo porque viajabamos con un bebe y un niño. El parking habia que bajar escaleras para llegar al ascensor.
