Enjoy this quiet and central accommodation, with wonderful views and a communal pool with lawn. The apartment is located on the 18th floor of the La Pinta building. It has a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. Equipped kitchen and living/dining room with a sofa bed and access to the terrace from which you can enjoy the Playa Levante bay.(Air conditioning is optional with an additional charge)The apartment currently does not have Wifi.

Comfortable spacious and well located apartment.

Comfortable spacious apartment on top floor of residential block a level 15 min walk to seafront. Spotlessly clean, a well equipped kitchen and wide balcony/sunroom. Handy mini market close by and a well-equipped Consum 5-10 mins walk. Local bars a few minutes walk away. Bus stop close to apartment handy for getting around. Quiet at night so good for sleeping. Provision of WiFi even on a paid - for basis, would be an advantage.
