Correcto

Lo mejor: la situación. El apartamento está limpio, las camas confortables, la terraza grande, cocina con menaje muy completo. Buena relación calidad/precio. Repetiría. La cocina es muy pequeña, resulta incómoda para cocinar. La ducha pequeña también, pero pasable. La luz de una de las habitaciones inexistente y precisamente esa habitación tiene una ventana enana, por lo que la luminosidad es nula.

VACACIONES EN BENIDORM

Reservo este apartamento desde hace varios años y siempre fue todo perfecto: perfecta la Agencia y su personal, perfecto y rápido el servicio de mantenimiento al que hubo que avisar al fundirse unas luces y averiarse el aire acondicionado. No así el servicio de limpieza ya que este año la limpieza del apartamento dejaba mucho que desear, (había restos de comida ya pasada en las alacenas, arena de playa por todos lados, incluso en los cajones del mueble de la sala, y el cuarto de baño también estaba sin limpiar), como llegamos un sábado por la noche no quedo mas remedio que hacer una limpieza a fondo. La limpieza.

Pasable sin más

La ubicación era ideal, el balcón le daba mucha vida. Según llegamos el microondas estaba quemado y el mando de la tele no funcionaba, a pesar de habelos cambiado deberían comprobarlos antes. La escoba, Recogedor y fregona daban asco, no creo que sea muy caro reponerlo, así como proveer la cocina de friega platos y Estropajo como mínimo. Deberían subir los kilovatios contratados de la luz ya que sacando el aire acondicionado nos costaba cocinar.

Altamente recomendable

Ha estado genial el único inconveniente ha sido que como estamos en pleno centro el ruido pero por lo demás el apartamento es altamente recomendable y fincasarena como siempre responde de todo sin ninguna queja al respecto salvo el ruido lo demás perfecto No obstante tomamos nota para cuando se cambien las cristaleras del salón y las ventanas

La ubicación. El mobiliario algo antiguo aunque hace su función. Dos de las sillas que hay en el balcón se encuentran rotas, en una de ellas casi me caigo al suelo por esta razón.

Repito todos los veranos

Que este año el apartamento estaba recién pintado. El trato trato super amable del personal de oficina, en especial de María José y Luis, los que en todo momento y a la mayor brevedad buscan una solución a cualquier problema que surge en el apartamento. Y también destacar la gran atención del personal que se ocupa del mantenimiento, sobre todo el chico andaluz, que es muy atento y rápidamente arregla las averías que surjan y siempre está alegre. Y por supuesto para el próximo año repetiré.

LAS TEJAS DE LA PLAZA

De ligging in het centrum. Niet te hoog, fijn op de 2e etage met een groot en fijn balkon. En voor de gezelligheid hebben we bloemen (kunst) neergezet en kussentjes geplaatst op de balkonstoelen. TV uitbreiden met meer zenders waaronder Nederlandse ed. Onderhoud aan het plafond op het balkon (bladert). Verder onderhoud aan kranen en afvoerstops. Door ons e.e.a. vervangen. Ook opstaande tegels op het balkon opnieuw vastgelijmd. Ook 2 sierlijsten o.a. in keuken en kamer opnieuw vastgelijmd. Graag nieuw bakpannen. Verder was alles oké, en hebben weer genoten van deze weken.
