The staff was very nice and accommodating. Got access to the room earlier and cleaning was fantastic of our room 412. The location was good, very central but still easy to reach by car. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. We only ate bread and butter, even though there was a lot to choose from and nothing we liked.

Mediocre

Hotel con habitaciones e instalaciones correctas, sin más. Pero lo peor, el personal de sala, la comida y la limpieza del restaurante. Personal de sala, sin ganas. Comida fulera, variedad poca. Al solicitar pan sin gluten, primero me dicen que busque a una camarera por el fondo del restaurante y se lo pida... así que, nada, a pasearme y buscar a alguien que me de pan. Una vez lo traen, desganadas, me lo dan congelado y dicen que lo puedo descongelar yo misma en el microondas. Las pinzas de servirte comida en el buffet, llenas de mugre. Carteles por todo el restaurante que dicen: "Evitar comer mientras se sirven la comida". Ahora entiendo porqué las pinzas están sucias. En resumen, hotel muy pobre.

Todo muy bien, excepto la limpieza de la habitación, que había suciedad debajo del sofá los 2 días que estuvimos, la calefacción del comedor muy alta. Todo lo demás bien. Difícil de aparcar.

La ubicación excelente, instalaciones excelente sobre todo el solarium para adultos tranquilidad y desconexión. El personal agradable. El único pero habitación suelo un poco faltó de limpieza y uno de los colchones hundido. Por el resto muy bien. Volvería a ir.

El hotel es correcto. Haber raciones limpias y bien situado. Complicado aparcar por la zona si vas en coche. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, les notes étaient vraiment justifiées, élégant propre et confortable, assez de services pour l'été piscine,jaccuzi et solarium, nous avions abandonné la plage le dernier jour pour profiter des équipements de l'établissement, petit déjeuner très correct à part les boissons sans goût. Le service en général très aimable et accueillant à quelques exceptions près, les réceptionnistes sont vite débordés , sourire très absent, je comprends que le nombre des clients est élevé, il faut faire un peu d'effort sur l'anglais, je parle 4 langues mais j'avais trouvé des difficultés à faire des petites demandes et obligé de faire appel à ma femme pour traduire, ce serait très intéressant de mettre un livret d'accueil en plusieurs langues dans les chambres pour expliquer tous les services proposés et les horaires et ai si éviter d'encombrer l'accueil pour des questions basiques. Il faut revoir les horaires sur les sites et sur place car il y a des différences. Bonne continuation, je recommande et reviendrai sans hésitation.

Good hotel for retirement vacation

Hotel overall is ok. Smells like in the hospital in corridors. The room was clean, but it didn’t feel like it after seeing toilet seat. It was like in a public washroom. I hope it was just single time and they simply forgot to clean it. Because we were very tired, arrived very late and stayed only for one night - we could survive. The beach was worth going to Benidorm though!

Booked this for an overnight stay in Benidorm actually don’t want to share how good it is cos don’t want everyone going there !! For us it was an ideal location it was near the old town ideal for the shops and bars and they’re not far to walk into the new town . We stayed bed and breakfast was excellent value for money ,great eating times ,booking in times and booking out times, didn’t feel at all rushed . Didn’t encounter many of the staff but the gentleman on reception was very polite and helpful and all the cleaners were polite and friendly, would definitely use again , especially the roof terrace for adults only which was an added bonus .
