Fabulous hotel located right between the old town and new town. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Most of the clientele (and catering) is Spanish, but we preferred that as Spanish tourists are a bit more subdued! This hotel is on the main strip (5 mins from beach and on the road where many of the acts are). Its also less than 10 mins walk to the old town. perfect hotel in perfect location.

Lovely hotel, ideal location for both old and new town. Pools were kept very clean and always beds available. Breakfast ( if you make it) had a lot of variation and some cooked fresh for you. Overall a great hotel

Superb location.. short walk to the beach, new town and old town. Nearby supermarket was great for mid day snacks and drinks. Hotel rents beach towels and beach umbrellas at really economical rates .. saves a lot of case space!

The hotel was in an ideal location for me which was near the old town and also close to the drop off point for the Alsa bus from the airport. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and had shampoo, soap, hair dryer and a mini fridge. I would probably ask for a room facing the pool as may have been a little quieter than our room which faced the road. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a choice of cereal, pastries, freshly cooked omelette, fruit, hot choices and cold meats etc. Pool was really nice to sit by with a good amount of sunbeds.

Fantastic location between old & new town. Easily walkable to both & to the beach front. Lots of bars & restaurants on your doorstep. Breakfast wasn’t great, we have usually had better quality & choice in other 4 star hotels in the area - but we found something each morning. The coffee from machine was terrible though. Really clean rooms, ours was a high one overlooking the pool which was lovely. Gave us a free drink voucher for a birthday while we were there, which was a nice gesture. Fridge in room was handy. Would stay again as we got a good deal & location so ideal for us.

We went for my 60th birthdsy ask for low floor which was accomodated . Very clean and tidy room and surroundings. Restaurant and bar area good . Staff excellant. Left a card in room with free drinks voucher . Only downside is no tea coffee facilites in room .

Hotel room very clean and comfortable. Hotel hosts a more Spanish clientele therefore there was somewhat a lack of regard to us (British) and the staff came across rude at times. Food was terrible, raw eggs, not many options, and nothing labelled well to show what it was etc. balcony was very overlooked. The location however was great, and it’s a good hotel if all you need is somewhere to sleep.

Pool was green and unclean room was satisfactory we was in the room while the cleaner came we asked for 5 minutes to gather out things and leave so they could clean and they complained and rolled their eyes.. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and we won’t be staying again.

When we arrived they only had one room that was what we had booked within the hotel and offered us two ground floor rooms which stood alone outside near the pool area. The rooms were adequate but our room the hand towel rail fell off and the tap on the sink was loose, the shower was a good size but we did have drainage smells late afternoon. The room was quite small but had everything in except any coffee/tea making facilities but we were only there 4 nights but had we been staying more I would have asked to move rooms. The hotel was clean and quiet at night. I would definitely return.

Excellent location, very close to the beach, shops, bars, Calle Gerona and restaurants! 5min walk as well to catch the bus to Alicante airport in Av. Europa. I just had dinner once at the hotel and there was a great variety of food! Jose was great, gentle and always ready to help! What I didn't like was that on one of the days of our stay, when we came back to the bedroom, the door of our room was not locked. I then called a staff member and he came up. Fortunately, nothing was missing from the room. During our check in, the receptionist didn't give us her fully attention, as she was talking to another member of the staff whilst doing our check in.
