  • Air-conditioned apartment, strategically located, with stunning views of the Poniente beach. Large veranda facing south. Two bedrooms, a large living room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a gallery accessible from the kitchen.
    It has a communal swimming pool and a community car park protected by a door with automatic opening.
    The property has a swimming pool open all year.
    The southern orientation of the terrace allows you to enjoy sunbathing in winter and a pleasant temperature during the summer season when the sun is very high and does not enter the terrace. Its situation facing the sea allows it to benefit from a sea breeze which causes a pleasant thermal sensation even on days of maximum temperatures.
    The beach is the best in Benidorm. Even in high season, it is very easy to get a space by the sea.
