Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I don’t think they knew we were coming - they seemed confused. The beds had crumbs on them. There were no locks on the doors. A stranger tried to use the bathroom in one of our rooms. And they kept texting us until almost 10 pm because they couldn’t find our reservation or proof that we had paid. The food wasn’t bad, but there were cats everywhere, including walking on the tables where the plates were set. I don’t think we’d ever go back.
