Staff were lovely. They were very accomodating when we arrived early and we even upgraded (for a small price) to the seperate room with outside bathroom and kitchenette. Rooms were clean, towels fluffy and grounds and hotel itself of a balinese feel.
Breakfast was ok. Basic but had the basics and variety, bacon, pastries fruit etc.
Classed as a 4* but could do with some tlc with the pool and grounds and cupboards in the lovely outdoor bathroom. It was an enjoyable stay. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere which was great.

We booked an ocean view room and then decided to upgrade to the ocean front room after the first night. Room was spacious and clean, I highly recommend ocean front since you will experience the sunset from your balcony. The staff was so friendly and trying their best to make sure you're having a good time while staying with them. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, many choices from Asian style to Westurn style breakfast. We will.come back!
