Welcome to The Friday Escape!
Enjoy open acres including ponds and a nature path through the woods, sprawling with wildlife and some of the elk herds’ favorite grazing fields. A perfect retreat in the heart of Benezette.
You will find local attractions within a few miles. Spend the day exploring or relaxing by the fire pit. The house comes with all of the amenities for cooking, but if a sunset glass of wine or a heated game of shuffleboard sounds good, this is the place for you!
Addition of a spacious patio added in January 2024 with access from sliding doors in the living room. Recent addition of 6 person hot tub. Summer additions to patio will include a 20 x 25 ft area under roof, grilling and dining area, cornhole and lounging furniture.

This house was perfect for us! The house was in impeccable condition. The property is lovely. We had elk and Eastern Bluebirds visit us almost every day! In fact, I woke up one morning and there were 3 elk just a couple yards away from the bedroom window! We truly appreciated there were only 3 steps to get in the house. Unfortunately for us, the weather wasn't great for most of the week and we didn't take advantage of the hot tub and fire pit.... Jeffrey and Brooke were perfect hosts and extremely helpful and responsive. I would most certainly be happy to visit again!

Amazing Getaway!
This house was a perfect getaway for our family. It was even better than the photos with everything you could need for your stay. The house was incredibly clean and decorated so you feel right at home. The walking paths on either side of the property was beautiful and full of wildlife. We frequently come to Benezette and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed! They are adding a hot tub too!! You won’t be disappointed! Jeffrey was incredibly complimentary; and the local wine was a kind gesture!

Winter Stay in elk country
This is an excellent place to stay in elk country. Nice view from the house. The house was clean and really nicely laid out for best use of space and moving around. Brooke and Jeffrey were very responsive to any questions we had. The driveway was plowed so it was easy to get to the house with our 4WD vehicles. We are planning to return again. John D.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful Christmas get-away here. The house is beautiful. The host decorated the house for Christmas for us with a tree plus pretty lights Even gave us a bottle of wine!. We had everything we needed or asked for. Communication with host is excellent. Great place to see elk in fall, we are sure. Putting in huge patio out back which will be great! Would recommend a stay here!

This house is beautiful and exactly as listed. Very peaceful location. The house is very well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We saw elk while we were there. We went to the Benezette Hotel for dinner and drinks. I would recommend going there to eat. Very friendly people. We plan to come back again.

I would highly recommend this property. It is modern and very clean with great views. Brooke was very responsive to any questions that I had. Great location to go Elk spotting. Brooke had a welcome bottle of wine and beer in the fridge.

Autumn getaway
The home and property was very inviting, clean and well accommodated. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and even provided water, coffee pods, wine and some beer. We wish we could have stayed longer to actually enjoy it more. We would most definitely recommend this property and hope to return ourselves.
