Living space of 240 m2 not overlooked on landscaped grounds of 2000 m2. The kitchen is fully equipped. 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa bed 2 places), mezzanine with office area, double living room, games room, 2 bathrooms with wc. Terrace
under shelter, swimming pool 9x4 with security system, pool house with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Quiet, comfort and privacy. Rental for 10 people maximum. Ideal with family or friends. At your disposal a barbecue, a ping-pong table and a table football, bicycles, board games ... animals are not accepted and the villa is non-smoking. Reservation on rental contract. A deposit will be required upon arrival.
