Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 120 sqm and can accommodate up to 14 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room 30 sqm and with dinette. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and 2 single beds and lounge. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom 4 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room as intersecting room, 12 sqm and with lounge, dinette, TV, DVD, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs) and lounge. 2 bedrooms each 9 sqm and with 3 single beds and lounge. Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room, 9 sqm and with electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom 6 sqm and with bathtub, shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet 2 sqm and with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with toys, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Location
Benecko, 700 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm open garden plot with lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 2000 m). Snow chains are mandatory in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August, diameter 5.5 m, 1.20 m deep).
