A cozy two-story chalet with beautiful vaulted beam ceilings and minimalist, comfortable furnishings, Flicker & Pine Chalet is the perfect retreat. Nestled among the peaceful pines of Sunriver, you'll enjoy 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft sleeping area, and a remote work station for those who need to plug in while unplugging.

Just a 10-minute walk to SHARC and surrounded by scenic bike paths, it's an ideal spot to relax after a day of adventure. Curl up by the fire, sip your morning coffee on the deck, or watch for wildlife in the trees. Whether you're here to explore or unwind, we hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

LOCATION
The home is located near an active railroad track that runs through Sunriver. Trains typically pass just a few times a day and very rarely sound their whistles—usually only if wildlife is on the tracks. Most guests find it unobtrusive or even a charming part of the Sunriver experience, and it hasn’t been a common concern.

SHARC ACESS

We’re just a 10-minute walk to the SHARC Aquatic Center, which offers pools, waterslides, and seasonal fun for all ages.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY

Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including:

Microwave
Tea kettle
Coffee maker (with coffee grounds provided)
Cooking pans and utensils
Oven and stove
Dishwasher
Refrigerator

Please note: We provide coffee grounds, salt & pepper to get you started, but guests should bring their own food, ice, and drinks.

A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience, so you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

COOLING & AIR FLOW
Our home does not have air conditioning, but thanks to the cool high-desert climate of Sunriver, most guests stay comfortable by:

- Sleeping with the windows open at night
- Closing windows and blinds in the morning to keep the home cool during the day

Many guests even find themselves stepping outside to warm up in the morning!

WI-FI & REMOTE WORK
The home is equipped with high-speed fiber internet, perfect for streaming, video calls, or remote work.

A dedicated work station is located in the loft for those who need to plug in while enjoying the peace of the pines.

HEATING & COMFORT
The home features central heating to keep you warm and cozy during cooler months, plus a wood-burning fireplace for extra ambiance.

Please bring your own firewood to enjoy the warmth and ambiance.

QUIET HOURS & HOUSE RULES
Sunriver observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during this time.
Absolutely no smoking is allowed anywhere inside or on the property.

ESSENTIALS PROVIDED
We provide fresh towels, linens, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies to make your stay comfortable and hassle-free. First-Aid Kit is located under the kitchen sink.

SAFETY FEATURES
Your safety is important to us. The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

LIVING ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
Relax in the living room with a TV that has apps for guests to log into to stream your favorite shows and movies.

Please note: The TV has apps for streaming, but guests are responsible for logging into and out of their own accounts. The homeowner is not responsible for any accounts left logged in by previous guests.

We also offer a selection of books and board games for cozy evenings in.

Please note, no pets are allowed in our home.

ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT
One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the first floor, perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Please note there are two steps into the living room, and the second floor is accessed by stairs.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

HOME ACCESS
- You’ll receive the lockbox code on the day of arrival
- Self-check-in makes for a smooth, flexible start to your stay

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway
No street parking or off-driveway parking is allowed anywhere in Sunriver per resort rules—violations may result in fines.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, except the garage, which is locked and not available for guest use. Please note that the garage is under 24-hour video surveillance for security purposes.
