"The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hot tub was great, clean, and warm. The hotel is under refurbishment and it does look like it needs it. The carpet is wearing/fraying in the room we stayed in and the furniture looks like it has been well worn. The hotel is close to the old mill district and we enjoyed a nice walk along the river after taking a short drive over to the river area. "
