Minutes to Deschutes River Trail with Hot Tub & Fire Pit!

River Camp is a cozy retreat in a newer premier development in Mt. Bachelor Village. Enjoy easy access to everything on foot, bike or car with this wonderful location close to shops, restaurants, and pubs on Century Drive and a short drive to Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade Lakes. Tucked away amongst tall pine trees, it's a perfect fun filled getaway!
At the house, guests will enjoy a fully stocked air-conditioned home with a gas fire pit and gas grill on the patio along with a new salt water hot tub to be installed mid May 2019. There are walking paths that intersect the property leading to the Deschutes River Trail and other side of the property is the bike trail that leads to all kinds of outdoor sports, fine dining and shopping. This unique location accesses the connector trails to the popular "Phil's Trail" for mountain biking. A quick 5 minute drive takes you to the Old Mill and and downtown to shops, restaurants and Drake Park and only 18 miles from Mt. Bachelor Ski Area.
Journey into the River Camp home and find abundant natural lighting, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, with a lovely Transitional Modern decor. The spacious layout and open floor plan allows for plenty of room to connect and have privacy with the split master bedrooms.
Upscale finishes throughout such as new stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and quartz counter tops and island. Enjoy two master suites in this two bedroom house that is perfect for families or couples looking to getaway. The 2nd master is upstairs and has a private outside balcony. There are two queen beds with comfortable mattresses with comfy warm duvets. We also have two couches that are made to multitask into twin beds which are very comfortable. Once the back cushions are removed on the couch, they are the size of a twin bed. There is a beautiful tiled shower downstairs, a powder room, and a tub shower combination upstairs.

Great Bend Home Near Trails and Mt Bachlor.

Property was incredibly well maintained, stocked with spices and condiments, very clean, hot tub, storage in garage for skis, a very cozy nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a great long weekend.

We had an excellent stay at this very cute, well appointed and comfortable home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Great gas fire pit! We appreciated that Laurie checked in to make sure we had everything we needed at the beginning of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect property!

From start to finish this home was perfect for two couples. Clean, fully stocked home with everything you could ever need and easy to find. Nice quiet neighborhood with a wonderful hot tub and gas fire pit. Five stars all the way around!

Beautiful and well supplied house. oved it.

With two master bedrooms, this well supplied house was perfect for my friend and me. It has a beautiful setting. it has a wonderful riverside hiking trail. There were four bikes available and a very nice biking trail. We tubed the river, hiked to many falls and ate at great restaurants, all a short ride from this clean and comfortable house. I would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Home Away from Home

Celebrated my 40th birthday with my mom, sisters, aunt and cousin. Five of us stayed in the house (others live in Bend) and it was absolutely perfect for us. More than enough room, comfortable sleeping accommodations for everyone and overall just very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend the home to anyone looking to spend time in Bend. It was the perfect location as well. We were there when everything was iced over and did have some difficulty getting into the house from our cars as the parking lot, driveway and walkways were all ice rinks. No fault of the host obviously. We insisted our moms park in the garage to avoid a possible fall and thankfully the garage was big enough to park an SUV once we got it up the icy driveway! Quite the adventure and spent more time at the house than anticipated due to the weather. The dining room table was perfect for hours of playing board games. The house just added to a great 40th birthday weekend and everyone had a great time!

This house is perfect for a small family who enjoys adventure and fun. We had a great time and the info left by the owners had great recommendations for food, activities, and everything you need in one place. Cozy, Clean and Convenient!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I, although we could have fit more people. The location was super convenient and allowed us to get anywhere in Bend within 10 minutes. Being able to walk down to the river was so wonderful. The house itself was well stocked, super clean and had comfortable beds. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Perfect location, just a few minutes from the amphitheatre and river float launch. Comfy beds, extra towels, linens, really appreciated all the extras in the kitchen for cooking, plenty of seasonings, etc. 4 stars on cleanliness, the floors didn't appear to have been vacuumed, the bedroom ceiling fan has a thick level of accumulated dust so I was afraid to use it. There was confetti left from the previous party (a wedding based on the evidence). Found a sharply chipped drinking glass in the cupboard. Upon arrival, the garbage cans were full plus extra bags of garbage were left near it. There was nowhere to put our own garbage but we set it all out as instructed for pick up but animals ravaged it so we cleaned that up before we left. Would stay here again, hoping that was a fluke. Overall, great place to stay, having the hot tub was nice, the bbq convenient, and the fire pit was nice although we chose not to use it. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Despite the few things, we enjoyed it!
