Adorable 3 bedroom 1/2 mile to Downtown & Old Mill

This Historic Bend home is in a prime location to live like a local! Within walking distance to downtown & The Old Mill District, it's the ideal spot! It’s an easy drive to the Deschutes River, trails and lakes, Mt Bachelor (25 min), and so much more! Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor. The third bedroom is upstairs in the loft area. You will use the staircase ladder to get to your charming room that has an A-frame ceiling with a peak height of 6 feet. This home is absolutely ADORABLE!
