"This is an amazing hotel. We booked a villa with private pool and it was well worth the upgrade. On a whole the stay was wonderful apart from a few minor points: 1. The staff at the Lobster Village are absolutely miserable. Every else they are fantastic but the team at the Lobster Village are amongst the most unhappy I have ever come across. 2. The bar next to reception is really overpriced. A local larger is 500 rupees yet at all the other bars on the resort its 275 rupees. 3. The hair...

"Lovely hotel in a quiet location with limited choice of local amenities in the surrounding area. Great use of the local transfer to the the beach Joecons restaurant. Food excellent with a wide choice at breakfast and also at dinner. Pity limited sunbeds at the pool. Great service from the reception manager Vincent and team who was very accommodating. Cleaning staff who cleaned our room was also accommodating when we requested little extras. "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA!! We booked the hotel for 1 night and when we arrived the customer service representative at the front desk informed us they are not registered with Expedia and they do not have a booking for us even though I pre-paid on Expedia. Expedia informed me that it is a non-refundable booking. Where did my money go? Expedia is now looking into the issue. The hotel name has changed and the phone number has also changed...even the color of the building is different...
