The place was really great - we would highly recommend it & happily stay there again . The landlord was very attentive to communication & any small issues were sorted out quickly ."

"Property address not listed and was hard to get in contact as we didn’t have What’s App. Apartment was dirty and was advertised with a sofa bed and did not have one. My 6ft son was expected to sleep in a lounge that wasn’t long enough and only had 2 pillows for 3 people. Owner supplied a single mattress but only after he was told we would report to Expedia. Overall very disappointing and left a day early."

"We arrived a day late. Appartment was on the ground floor. We had to walk through a construction site to get there .when we arrived. There was a strange man in the apartment cleaning the bathroom his bedsheets in the washing machine. Remember this is one day into OUR booking. Next day power was out for 8 hrs so no AC in 34 degree heat When we opened the sliding doors to let air in dust from a bulldozer 20 metres away put dust through appartment. "Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. "
