We’re pleased to present this exclusive, spacious apartment with ocean views, surrounded by tropical gardens, located a 10-minute walk from the beach, featuring a terrace that’s sunny all day long, in the comfort of one of Benalmádena’s most prestigious and peaceful residential communities, just a few metres from the golf course.

The Space
The apartment has a separate entrance and features all the amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, and comfortable bedrooms, with one en-suite bathroom and another guest bathroom. The living room features a fireplace and two spacious sofas. You’ll also find the kitchen, dining area, and access to a wonderful terrace that’s sunny all day long with unobstructed ocean views.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious and comfortable double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), where you can rest as if you were at home, two nightstands with lamps, a power outlet near the bed, and a built-in closet. It also has air conditioning (cooling and heating).

The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, two nightstands with lamps, a power outlet near the bed, and a built-in closet. It also has a ceiling fan and heating (available only in winter).

BATHROOMS

In the en suite bathroom, you’ll find a shower, sink, and toilet. You’ll also find a shower mat, a laundry basket, a hair dryer, and towels.

In the guest bathroom, you’ll find a sink and toilet.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and everything you need for cooking.

LIVING ROOM
In the living room, you’ll find two spacious sofas, a Smart TV, a fireplace, the dining area, and a large glass door leading out to the main terrace with views of the ocean and the gardens. You’ll also have access to a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The property features heating and cooling air conditioning in the living-dining area and kitchen, as well as excellent Wi-Fi (private internet connection within the apartment).

The terrace is furnished with a dining table that seats five.

You’ll have access to community parking right outside the apartment.

The apartment is located 300 metres from the beach. At the entrance to the complex, you’ll find ATMs, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The bus stop for Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Torremolinos, and Málaga is 150 metres away. The airport is 15 kilometres away, and the train station is 3 kilometres away.
