Large private villa w/ two living rooms, large garden and new salt water pool
Located in the premium Hacienda Veracruz development. We are just 3 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket, 8 minutes drive to Benalmadena Pueblo (The Old Village) , 12 minutes from the beach, 8 minutes from the Playa Arroyo de La Miel, shopping area and 14 minutes to the marina.
This large villa is built on two main levels. As you walk into the ground floor from the front door you will find, in front of you the fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and a room with washing machine and iron. There is a large table that seats six, if you wish to eat in doors. Walking out from the kitchen is a balcony, with a large table and two sunbeds. It is perfect for eating or just lying out and relaxing. The view of Benalmadena is breathtaking. On the same level is the living room which has a TV and Free Wifi, two couches and a beautiful marble table. There are also a number of beautiful ornaments to add to the home from home feeling.
On the lower level is another living room, again with two couches (space is not a problem in this large property). This level also consists of three bedrooms, all with double beds, the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. There is also a full bathroom outside the two other bedrooms.
Walking down the spiral staircase will bring you outside to the beautiful covered patio with an outdoor wicker patio sofa, two chairs and a table. Here you will find a large fridge for your drinks and food. The garden area is large, with the large brand new, beautiful salt water pool. This is area where you will probably spend most of your time. It is truly stunning.
There is private secure parking for 2 cars (one in the garage the other outside behind locked gates).
