  • This beautiful, spacious, elegantly furnished villa with private pool & garden is ideally placed for a relaxing holiday. Being close to public transport it is within easy reach of all the main attractions and bustling life that the Costa del Sol has to offer. The villa is suitable for large family groups, golf outings and Stag and Hen parties. The entire property comprises the main villa over three levels with 6 bedrooms, two lounge/diners and kitchen plus an adjoining 2 bedroom house with its own lounge/diner and kitchen. There are several terraces offering both sun & shade. The ground floor lounge opens onto a terrace that comfortably seats several people, ideal for al fresco dining while the master bedroom opens directly onto the terrace by the pool. There is ample parking for several cars within the entrance gates and the villa has a 24 hour security alarm system.

The villa was lovely and big with more than enough room for our group of 15, 9 adults and 6 children,Pool is a great size and the gas BBQ was a welcomed addition.As other reviews suggested there were items left by owners but this was not an issue, there are a few bits that could be updated, but again, nothing that significant that disrupted our stay.Great communication from Linda before the holiday and we were met by Andrea on check in to show us round the villa.Linda also gave us access to her super market shopping account to have food delivered which was a massive help.Some nice beaches in the area that you can get to on foot, but the walk back is all up hill, Ubers were never an issue to get hold of though. There is also a nearby train that can take you on days out to Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Málaga etc. All and all a lovely stay and would stay again at the villa.

Family Gathering

The Villa is excellent for big family get togethers with lots of space and different areas. It had everything we needed for adults and kids! A really lovely villa which helped to deliver a fantastic holiday experience.

Amazing stay

We’ve had an amazing stay. The villa has everything we needed. The views from the balcony are mental. Only thing, we couldn’t sleep in the extra rooms because of the heat, an AC would be nice

We had 3 generations of family and close friends celebrating a 60th birthday. This was a perfect villa for a party. There's enough room for everyone to get space to relax. The pool was great, games room and bar, the balconies all give fantastic views. It's well equipped , great BBQ and the weather turned up on the day. Thank you Pauline, Linda and Andrea for making our celebrations so memorable. We'll definitely be back .

Villa was a little dated, but perfectly adequate.Pool was great. Location not far from Pueblo and also beach and local Aldi supermarket. Local Manageress Andrea was very helpful and available whenever you needed her. Great holiday !

Amazing

We stayed over Christmas at the villa and it exceeded our expectations. Lots of room for our large family. We had an issue which the hosts tried to rectify, it was not their fault and they were brilliant. We would go back and we highly recommend this villa. Thank you for having us.

Great house and stay

We stayed one week in this beautiful and spacious house. We were three families and all of us were very happy with our stay. It`s clean and the surrounding areas are nice and quiet. So great that you can find beach towels available for the guests. Everything is just fantastic. A bit long walk to get to a supermarket, was the only drawback we can point out. We will for sure book this house next time we go.

Gem of a property.

Fabulous villa so spacious accommodated 19 of us without getting under each others feet. Everything you need including toys for children, buggies parasols plus every cooking item you could wish for including plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and so much more.. Andrea on hand so helpful and views to die for. Would recommend hiring a car but if you want to literally stay put you'll have all you need.

Extended family summer holiday

A wonderful stay in this marvellous Villa, so large with wonderful facilities and great views. The wow factor was there for all to see. Cavajal and La Perla beaches were great and within easy reach and very family friendly, but less salubrious venues also within striking distance for those who wished. The old town up the hill was charming. Communication throughout was faultless and Andrea was always on hand if needed. Could do with some instructions for the oven and hob. Thanks for a great stay, all 18 of us thoroughly enjoyed it!

Amazing.

Just back from a long weekend in this beautiful villa. It had everything we could’ve wanted and the communication from Linda and Andrea was spot on. Only small thing to mention (as I have seen it on other reviews) was that the pool could’ve done with a clean. But it didn’t hinder our stay in anyway just would’ve taken it from a 10/10 to an 11/10!! Will 100% look to be back in the future.

16 lads on a golf tour, and this villa suited us perfectly. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax without getting under each other's feet—especially if someone had just been beaten on the course!The pool was clean and a good size, with a fantastic BBQ area alongside it that we made great use of on the Sunday afternoon. There was also plenty of fridge and freezer space, plus all the kitchen utensils we needed.Linda was extremely helpful and even allowed us to use her Mercadona account so we could arrange an online grocery delivery before we flew out. It meant we could get stocked up with food, beverages, and mixers almost immediately after arriving. We got to the villa at 5:20pm and the shopping was delivered by 6:15pm.The villa does show some signs of wear and tear, and there are a few personal items around the property, as some previous reviewers have mentioned. However, none of this affected our stay. In fact, some of the items left available, such as towels and cleaning supplies, were useful. Considering the excellent value for money, these minor points were insignificant to us.Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the villa to other large groups.

Great stay at Benalmádena

Great stay at the villa in Benalmádena/Torremuelle. Nice, big bedrooms with own bathrooms. Aircondition is for 8 hours a day (you can pay ekstra if you want more, we didn't need it). Very well equipt kitchen and bbq area. Pool is clean and have good temperature. Lots of sunbeds and towels. Perfect house for big familes or friends, 3-5 parking spaces inside the gate. Very good service if you have questions. House is a bit old and it is approx 1 km to nearest supermarket and restaurant, 500 meters of the road are quite steep.

Spacious place with lovely pool

Plenty of room for us (8 adults and 4 children under 6), and the pool was bigger than it looked in the pics, and very clean. Views were fantastic. General fixtures and fittings were quite tired and on their last legs, and we were surprised there wasnt at least one communal area with air conditioning. However, if you have a car, location is great for getting to beach and local supermarkets. Ubers were easy enough to get for those of us without a car, or if we could stand the heat (and the big hill on the way back) it was a 20 minute walk to the nicer beach. Communication with the host was great and overall we were happy with everything as it was really good value between us.

Great space for family but needs TLC

Stunning views, lovely pool, and big communal spaces with plenty of room for everyone. There were 16 of us in the house and didn't feel on top of one another at all. Kids were well entertained with the toys in the basement lounge too. Drive is spacious enough for 4 cars. The beach was walkable but we drove everywhere or ubered. Benalmadena and nice beaches were only 10 mins away. Whilst the decor is dated the one thing it could really do with is a revamp of the bathrooms. In several there was no high holder for the shower heads, and the plug didn't properly block the bath so it didn't fill up. It must also be mentioned that the A/C is on a meter and this is not mentioned in the listing. Whilst the owner kindly topped up our allowance it was quite annoying having to think about monitoring it.Overall some lovely memories made whilst staying here.

August birthday celebration

A lovely house! We had a great time. We were 12 people celebrating a 60th birthday, from 3-month baby to 70 years old. There was plenty of room for everyone, also to be able to withdraw and have private time. We were there during the hottest time and then unfortunately the air conditioning was not enough. The kitchen became unbearably hot, so cooking was almost impossible. Also, the stove was older and didn't work very well. The kitchen is not suitable for cooking for 12 people. We enjoyed the pool, it and the terrace with the well-sized dining table, were our gathering points. It can easily accommodate four cars in front of the house, which was great. The overall evaluation of the house is positive. We enjoyed ourselves, the host is great and the person who welcomed us is really nice and makes you feel welcome.

Birthday week

We were a group of 17 family and friends celebrating a big birthday. The villa was much more extensive than we imagined and with five family groups it was perfect across all ages. There is everything here you need day to day, loads of pool toys which was a bonus. The annex is accessed via the kitchen and laundry room with a comfy lounge beautiful balcony, small kitchen and two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, completely away from the rest of the house. The basement garden lounge is huge with a pool/ping pong table, bar, bedroom wc and undercover terrace garden. The kitchen is small for the size of property the formal lounge which the young children spent time in leads out on to the terrace which has table and sets for 20 and leads around to the pool which was cold but everyone enjoyed it. The hallway is large with a sweeping staircase leading to a balconied landing with three ensuite bedrooms and two balconies. Off of the hallway are another two very generous ensuite bedrooms. The villa is 10 mins downhill walk downhill to an English supermarket Arkwright off of the main Road. There is a restaurant spanning the corner Lucena 11 which does the best food we had there. A bit further walk takes you to a nice beach with plenty of sunbeds. The old town is a hard uphill walk. We used Bolt taxi service which was very convenient and home food delivery proved much cheaper than getting a taxi to good size supermarket. The views, sunsets and sunrises were spectacular from the villa.

Absolutely perfect space for a large group, we had the best time, lovely pool, great facilities, everything worked, Andrea who greets you is lovely, there is a supermarket and a few restaurants within 15 mins walk that were perfect.And ubers pick up there and can take you anywhere cheaply.

A fantastic villa in a great location.
