Summary:

Welcome to this charming apartment with a balcony in beautiful Benalmádena Costa! Just a 15-minute walk to the beach and only 10 minutes from both the Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and the famous Paloma Park.

Nestled in a peaceful area of Benalmádena Costa, the apartment is close to Arroyo de la Miel—a vibrant neighborhood just a 10-minute walk away with a variety of shops, cozy bars, delicious restaurants, and a lively atmosphere all year round.



The Space:

As you step into the apartment you will be greeted by a cozy living room straight ahead, with smart TV, A / C, WIFI and a sofa bed, as well as a cozy and covered balcony. The kitchen with the brick vault is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as fridge and freezer. The bedroom has a nice and large double bed and a bathroom with shower.



The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Balcony, WIFI, TV and much more.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Hyggelig lejlighed med stort poolområde.

Pæn, hyggelig og rolig lejlighed, som ligger i gå afstand til den lokale strandpromenade, forretninger, restauranter og togstation. Stort og børnevenligt poolområde, som er bemandet med livredder i åbningstiden. Offentlig parkeringsmulighed på gaden udenfor lejlighedskomplekset. Kan anbefale denne feriebolig.
