This sunny, private villa is situated in a quiet, mature, residential area in the heart of Malaga province. Boasting its own unshared private, secluded pool, sun terraces and gardens, the villa is ideal for a family summer holiday and equally ideal for a romantic get-away. It has a large balcony giving panoramic views of the mountains and sea and is just a 10 minutes walk to the beach. With views of the sea from the balcony you can have a romantic meal on the terrace while the family can sit and relax around the sunny, secluded, private pool area. Being just a stroll away from the local railway station, it is ideally positioned to explore both the Costa and 'real' Spain.


Location: Located just 25 minutes from Malaga Airport, the villa is situated in a quiet, mature complex that stretches from the beach back into the hills.
The views from the villa are magnificent. In one direction you can look up into the hills and the while-walled village of Benalmadena Pueblo. In the other, the blue seas of the Mediterranean stretch out in front of you.
With just a 5 minute walk to the local railway station and a 10 minute walk down the the beach, it is difficult to imagine anywhere more ideally positioned.

The Villa: The large terraces and the private swimming pool are the first things that greet our guests. Open the front door and you look into the spacious lounge with marble floors and high ceilings complete with huge picture window and large balcony looking down to the sea. The main room is equipped with air-conditioning which also provides heat in the winter. Downstairs are the two double bedrooms each equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan and external blinds which keep them cool for those hot summer evenings.
With gardens walled to give total privacy, visitors can relax in tranquil surroundings while access to the local tennis club with floodlit courts, large swimming pool and world class golf courses are only minutes away.

The Urbanisation: At the entrance to the urbanisation there are several beach bars and restaurants. There is a mini-market, a cafe, a bar as well as real-estate offices in front of the newly opened International English School. Just through the under pass are beaches, more bars and restaurants as well as the local hotel which has entertainment most evenings.
Further back in the complex is the local railway station servicing the coast from Malaga via the airport through to Fuengirola - it is even possible to take a series of trains all the way from London to the urbanisation - one of our clients did! Besides the station there is a small road that travels up into the hills to the village of Benalmadena Pueblo which offers stupendous views over the coastal plain as well as a small restaurant on nearly every corner.

The villa with a view
Wow what an amazing villa as soon as we walked in we knew we had picked the perfect place. It was very clean but so homely and every room smelt like a spa. The most fantastic views from the balcony leading off the lounge. and a large patio with the private pool. The villa had every amenity great to have a washing machine so you don’t need to bring home dirty laundry. Clive was very helpful and instructions very clear on how to use everything. He answered any queries we had and left us with a food welcome pack which was very generous. We had a great time we did a mixture of sightseeing, beach and laying beside the pool. We did not hire a car we used Uber to get around very easy to use. We can recommend the lime and lemon restaurant fantastic tapas went twice it was good. I will miss waking up to that wonderful view. Will definitely be booking again in the future. If you’re thinking of booking this villa you won’t be disappointed.

Everything you can ask for in a vills
We were so happy we found this little gem. Clive the host was so kind and sent us all the information we required before arriving, we decided to get the train from airport and his directions were great and easy to follow. On arrival he had left us a welcome pack which was very generous and a god send - water, 4 beers, cava, bread, milk, ham, cheese, butter. We certainly made the most of these as I would say if you are hiring a car this is the perfect location however as we only stayed 4 nights we just wanted to relax, which the villa was perfect for however is up a hill so if you are not very mobile this may be an issue. We did walk up it a few times in day and it made me realise how unfit I am, however of an evening we asked the local restraurants to call us a taxi and it was the best 6 Euros we would spend after a large meal. The villa itself was very clean and had everything you would expect, we were very lucky with weather and so in the mornings we would sit with a cuppa on the balcony enjoying the sunshine then we would venture out for breakfast returning to enjoy the pool for the rest of the day again in the sunshine before going out in evening. Another plus is you are not overlooked so it was really nice just to relax by own pool without feeling judged for being a menopausal over weight woman in a hotel resort :) Overall I would recommend this to anyone, we would definitely return and maybe get out and about a little more as 4 days just wasn't enough Thanks Clive

Fantastic week stay at this lovely villa. Very peaceful area, with easy access to the train station. Pool area good for chilling out in the sunshine. Sunrise is beautiful from the balcony. Correspondence with Clive, the host, was very efficient and helpful. Can definitely recommend this villa.

We booked this villa based on location and the tranquility of the area and what other guests had said. The accommodation is well laid out with front and back terraces and the addition of a private pool was great. Kitchen well equipped and the welcome pack for us on arrival was very much appreciated. We didn’t hire a car so all our getting about was done by foot or train. This is about 5 mins walk from the property and they run in both directions every 20 mins. While we were there the ticket machine wasn’t working but we boarded the train anyway and paid at the ticket office when we got off. No problem. The local mini market is 2 mins from the Benalma Hotel and be warned it is a very very steep hill on the way back. Clive the owner is very approachable and answered our questions quickly. The TV has every channel you could want. Awesome!

Holiday in the sun
Nice villa, location was good for us as we didn’t want to hire a car. Train station was very close to villa, we used it every day, did our shopping in los Boliches , supermarket opposite the train station, perfect. The pool was amazing, not too big, so you could get straight in,and cool down. Clive was an amazing host, let us know about the water being turned off, even though he was on holiday himself. Only thing missing were oven gloves, I do like to cook, so used oven. The villa was clean, nice having the bedrooms downstairs, much cooler. If you are elderly or have trouble walking, this villa isn’t really suitable, too many steps to villa, we found that bit difficult with cases, and marble steps down to bedrooms wouldn’t be good either. But if you are fit and able this villa is great, with the trains so close, not noisy though, you hardly notice them. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous!
We had a wonderful stay at the villa. All instructions given by Clive were so clear and he answered any questions that we had very promptly. The view from the living room is spectacular. The pool was also great as it was so hot when we were there. It is so easy to get to and from the train station and the beach area, where we also used the bus. I would highly recommend booking this villa. We loved it.

Super villa in a lovely quiet location
Just spent a week at this lovely villa. Agree with the other reviews, very private, super views, all usual amenities, comfortable beds and short walk down hill to the coast, a few bars and restaurants. Local supermarket is also located next to the bars, good for essentials but if you plan to cook fresh food as opposed to something out the freezer, you’ll need to travel further to one of the larger supermarkets about 3km away. We didn’t have a car but would do next time as we’d love and see more of the area but saying that the train station is near by as mentioned in other reviews and you can get to almost anywhere. Buses also run at the bottom on the road about 10 minutes walk away.
