This apartment is close to local services and public transportation, so no car is required. The complex is located just 1 minute walking from the exclusive Benalmádena beach and 5 minutes from bus stops with a link to Malaga airport every 20 minutes.
Benalmádena is a beautiful town full of life and tree-lined avenues that will take you to the coast and its virgin beaches. You will find a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafeterias, and bars near the beach, all within walking distance and highly recommended.
If you are looking for a relaxing break, long or short, under the sun with a touch of luxury, this is the place for you.

This resort has wonderful views of the Mediterranean and has some of the best beaches on the coast. It is very close to many attractions in Benalmádena, such as the Tivoli World theme park, the butterfly park, Paloma Park and the Benalmádena marina train line.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views. Perfectly situated, as it is front line of the beach and only a couple of minutes walk to the marina. The bus stops are just at the top of the hill, so very easy if you want to venture further afield. Highly recommended
When arriving check in was easy an envelope left with the keys, top floor apt' with stunning views there are 2 balconies the main is a view of the marina you could not ask for a better view the other you can see down the coast line towards Fuengirola.

This property is everything and more I will hopefully stay again if it is vacant!
Firstly the location of this apartment is fantastic. 2 mins from beautiful beach and 5 min walk to the beautiful Marina. The views from the apartment are outstanding. The AC was brilliant and worked well.
The apartment block is quite old fashioned and the reception staff do not speak very good English. There are 4 lifts which are needed to get to apartment on 10th floor and there were problems with them occasionally. We also had issues with excessive noise from.other residents The apartment was clean and had most things needed. The main bedroom has lots of storage and the second balcony off it which could only be used to dry washing. The second bedroom is quite small and only has a chest of drawers for storage and no mirror. All the beds are quite comfortable.
The lounge has a comfy sofa and a table and chairs. The kitchen was fully equipped and features microwave and dishwasher. However, the oven was situated on the balcony which was problematic and dangerous especially when it was very windy.
The bathroom was big and the shower was nice. The second toilet wasn't used as no toilet paper could be flushed down it.
The apartment was listed as a deluxe penthouse but unfortunately we found it a little dated. The outside furniture looked quite old and was falling to bits and the fly screen on the bathroom window was held together with tape and kept falling apart. Also the bathroom lock kept coming out - maintenance issues.

There was no kitchen plate cleaning pads, no cloths and no tea towels which was disappointing and the oven of the cooker had not been cleaned other than that a Beautiful Apartment and we will like to return there on our next holiday.
My wife and I have been visiting Benalmadena for about 20 years, and can honestly say this is best we've stayed at. Everything was absolutely perfect

Lovely location and apartment and brilliant views,
Would have loved a safe, and mosquitoes were a bit of a problem but other than that everything was top class
Stay was excellent location fab couldn’t fault it at all . Safety deposit box is only thing property was missing but booked again for next year before we left
Het appartement is op de 10de verdieping, dus het uitzicht is fantastisch, er zijn 2 terrassen waar je kan genieten. Het appartement was gezellig, netjes en vrij groot. De bedden zijn comfortabel, en ondanks het in een levendige omgeving is, is het heerlijk slapen met enkel het geluid van de zee. De boulevard en de haven zijn voor de deur, veel restaurants en verschillende supermarkten op 5 min wandelen. Ook is het handig dat je een parkeerplaats kan bij huren voor 10 euro/dag.
In de omschrijving staat dat er en koffie machine aanwezig is, maar er is enkel een waterkoker , een klein beetje meer licht aan de badkamer spiegel zou handig zijn, maar voor de rest is het een heel leuk appartement, waar we zeker terug willen komen!

L’emplacement de l’appartement était idéal avec une vue incroyable.
Nous avons trouvé dommage que la façade de l’immeuble soit si détérioré.
Bel appartement, pièces petites mais vue incroyable sur la mer. La plage est belle et la marina juste à coté est un lieu a découvrir. Bel promenade juste en bas et à une rue de l'artère principale avec ses commerces... Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un stationnement (inclus dans le prix) ce qui fut très apprécié.
Communication facile avec les responsables (dans les heures de bureau de leur commerce de gestion de location). Je recommande.
Notez toutefois que l'appartement nest pas tres récent et ses accomodations parfois usées. Les lits sont toutefois confortables.
Apartment was really nice and lication was perfect
Communications were a bit slow and we hsd to ask for clarity around address as we were given 2 different locations. I reqested help with booking a taxi back ti airport twice, both if which were ignored. Luckily the receptioniist in the apartment block arranged one for 7s
