Our holiday lasted 11 days in a quiet, cozy, and comfortable hotel. It felt just like home — a spotless room and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The beach and the store were just a 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop was right by the hotel. The rooftop pool was clean and refreshing. The bed and pillows were as comfortable as at home. Esteban responded instantly to all our requests. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. I highly recommend Artplatinum — and we’ll definitely be back!

Communication was done by WhatsApp with the site manager which was very convenient and replies were prompt. A well fitted out kitchen for a short stay, but no tea towels. Great bathroom, great balcony with a sea view to the left. Restaurants and supermarket were nearby.

Absolutely beautiful, spotless apartments. The most comfortable beds. Amazing views. Pool area perfect, with good quality sun loungers. Bus stop outside. Beautiful views. Fabulous restaurants on your doorstep. Mercadona just a little walk up the hill. Our host Juande was amazing. The communication between host and client was seamless. I would highly recommend and I will most definately stay again.

Hidden gem

Great location. Very modern. Tasteful decor.air conditioning was amazing. Kitchenette very well equipped and modern. Roof top pool was great however some broken tiles and loose deck needs attention but it is a good area well mantaned .the room was spacious modern and clean good shiwer and bathrooms with bday.quiet residential area with view of beach and beautiful traditional spainish homes. Many good bars and restaurants all within 10 mins walk and all have sea views .akso near by an outstanding supermarket great prices.the staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular Jorge and Stephen. Guve vey good information about restaurants and directions to anywhere. Near by beaches are small but never overly busy as the more busy beaches vlose to malaga can be. Bus stops are just outside the hotel. Overall our stay was outstanding as we dont like the overwhelming main resorts but this place you can easily travel from.

Very nice apartment and spacious. Pool was cold. Communication with the staff was excellent even there in no 24h reception desk. Nice designed hotel. We were just missing daily cleaning. Small kitchen was great for small cooking. We should get bigger balcony for our booking but we got only smaller balcony but staying was excellent and we will come back definitely. Thank you

The property was immaculately clean and quiet. The problem with this was that theres no kettle no toaster and no microwave. There was a coffee maker and was told to use that for boiling water for hot drinks. I did this but the water isnt hot enough for the likes of a cup of tea. I think these things are vital for self catering whe you are looking after yourself.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the majority of the facility was great. However, our room was not cleaned throughly - which seemed to be something that haven’t happened before. The pool was quite and discrete but could have been cleaned more. Because of the staffs helpfulness I could see myself stay here again in hope for a better cleaned room, meanwhile I could/would expect a refund on half of what we paid. Many thumbs up, unfortunately many downs as well.

The property was quiet and safe. Check in was easy and the room was generally very clean however the fridge wasn’t and this was a little off putting. The fridge wasn’t secured either so when you put something heavy in the door it began to pull forward when you opened the fridge door. Otherwise the room was good. The pool needed another foot of water in it and the surface skimmers didn’t work properly as the water did not go over the infinity edge so there was nowhere for any surface debris to go. The toilets on the roof were also out of service.

Mixed feelings about this place

The property enjoys an exceptional location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, bars, and vibrant local scene. A large Mercadona supermarket is only 2 minutes away on foot. Street parking is free, and we always found a spot. The building is well-maintained and clean, with most staff being friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool area is stunning, offering breathtaking sea views. The apartment itself is spacious, featuring a large bathroom and a generous terrace with sea views. The twin beds are comfortable. However, there were some issues: • The beds have wheels, causing them to move constantly, and I often lost my pillow during the night. • The plates were dirty, so I started my holiday washing dishes. • There was no kettle for tea or alternative coffee options, only a Nespresso machine with three pods provided. • The fridge light flickered, which was irritating to the eyes. • The TV didn’t work properly, requiring my husband to tinker with it. • Stained walls were visually unappealing. • No sanitary bags were provided by the bidet, and the hand soap was harsh on my skin. • One morning, while enjoying coffee on the terrace, I was unexpectedly drenched by water from a cleaner on the third floor. Despite shouting to stop, they didn’t hear, and it happened again. An hour later, after changing clothes, another cleaner brushed dust and plant leaves onto me from the second floor. I had to contact management to address this, though they responded promptly.

Great accom, rooftop pool private deck & staff

We'd spent time in many places in Malaga and knew we wanted to just take nice walks, enjoy the beach scene, but wanted the comfort of an ApartHotel. This one stood out because of reviews & pix. They were all dead-on. The unit we got was 105 with a BIG terrace and a decent kitchen, very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Although on a main street, traffic noise seemed to disappear in the evening through morning so really no impact. We had a rental car, easily parked for free on the avenue in front of this place and used the #110 (stop one block away) and the #120 (two blocks away) to come back after long walks along the beachfront. Rooftop [pool was lovely! Even first week of November we were able to swim (albeit water a tad chilly). The kitchen is small in this unit, adequate for our simple needs (altho the combo oven was confusing even with the instructions sheet). Nescafe pod machine wasn't working when we checked in: quickly swapped out. Well equipped kitchen. Fiddling with TV settings you can change settings to revert foreign language shows to the original language (English, etc.) Loved the design, space, comfort. This isn't the hectic part of Benalmadena to the north but there are a half dozen restaurants nearby for Asian, pizza, and some upscale ocean front spots we loved. A BIG Mercadona less than 5 minutes walk. Really enjoyed this place - would happily return.

Excellent apartments in a lovely neighbourhood. Supermarket just up the road. Beach 2 minutes walk which is amazing and has a large fantastic restaurant and bar. Bus stops at the door of apartments and easy to get around. We hired a car and plenty of parking on the road outside. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was lovely and very clean and well equipped, good communication regarding codes to get in, lovely quiet area with beaches and restaurants near by. Buses are regular and cheap going both ways to Benalmadena and Fuengerola. Supermarket just up the road and pharmacy. Would definitely stay here again.
