The rooms were exceptional clean. Customer service was excellent. Lovely spacious rooms which were great for our teenagers. Loved that it was nice and quiet. Town centre was a short walk away. Gardens and grounds well kept and pool look inviting even on a cold day. Thank you

Although spacious and well equipped the cabins are in dire need of renovation/updating (carpets, furniture, decor,mattress). Grounds/landscaping are in need of maintenance. The pool was lovely but access gates were locked! No sign of staff and reception locked….. eventually contacted via telephone and told location of cabin and key. Not good value.

Contact was via a buzzer on arrival & the telephone wasn’t answered on the day we left. We left a message with no response The place was ok with signs of refurbishing, but very dated If you are only intending to use the place to sleep it’s sufficient Will look elsewhere next time we’re in Benalla
