"Upon our arrival we were drawn into the house located on a beautiful lot out in the country just outside of Bemidji. This modern clean cabin was exactly what we were hoping for. My sister and I brought along food to prepare for a couple evening meals. The kitchen was more than adequately filled with anything you could possibly need for meal prep. "The unit hadn't been cleaned since the previous people had been there. after voicemails and texts, the owner contacted us and was able to get ahold of the cleaning company to come and clean it 2 hours after we had arrived to check in. Once we came back after the cleaner had been there, it was very nice and clean and looked as it should."

"My family loved our stay at this property. Having the lake right there was great for star gazing at night, taking the kayaks out to explore the lake and checkout the birds, and to splash around in. We also explored the surrounding area and can't say enough about how fun the Bemidji area is (my kids are already saying they miss it). "The property is on a small lake. It s very quiet area. The most noise we heard was from our grandchildren playing in the yard. There is a large yard between the house and the lake. It is ideal for yard games, there are trees there to set up the cabin’s hammock and bring one yourself, if you wish. The kayaks, canoe and paddleboat are all older, but in good condition. Since the lake is small, you will not have to watch for fast traffic. And taking kids out on the s lake is fun like it’s supposed...

"Overall very neat property. We had a great time. The benches on the dock were a bit unsafe. People sat on them and they shifted. Also our air didnt seam to kick on especially 2nd floor. We had an extremely busy wedding weekend so we never reached out to host about that simply because of time and events going on. But we enjoyed our family time together."

The only negative was the master doesn’t have walls all the way to the ceiling. If we didn’t have teenagers who wanted to stay up later than us it wouldn’t have been a problem though."
