"We were warmly greeted and taken around the hotel. There were welcome sweets in the room. There were nice gifts for our baby, which was a lovely touch. All the staff were attentive and welcoming which really made our stay. The look and feel of the hotel was luxurious. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Nothing ever seemed an inconvenience. The plunge pool, spa and sauna were lovely and the outdoor courtyard and seating were lovely to relax in the afternoon sun. Location is great, you can get to all the sites and trams within a 5-10 minute walk."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable—just what I needed after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, even though I checked in close to midnight. I also really enjoyed the bar service—great atmosphere and attentive bartenders. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. I’d definitely come back! "
