Two cottages with fireplace and shared pool, pets allowed, for 13 guests

The combination of the two cottages allows for accommodation of 13 people in two separate spaces. The first cottage, "Le Noailly," offers 140 m² on the ground floor and upper floor, with a kitchen, living room with lounge, fireplace, dining area, and bar, three bedrooms, and a mezzanine with a double bed and an office area. The cottage can accommodate 8 people. A pleasant relaxation area is provided under the veranda.
The second cottage, "Chez Chloé," is personalized and harmonious, and sleeps 5 people. It offers a surface area of 96 m² on the ground floor and upper floor, with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a relaxation lounge with a television, and three bedrooms. A swimming pool is shared between both cottages.
Horse boarding is available for a fee. Along the path of three departments: Loire, Saône, and Loire and Rhône, discover and enter a small, peaceful hamlet, on the edge of the Douglas fir forests of Haut Beaujolais, where horses and rolling landscapes coexist. For your comfort, both houses are fully equipped. They each have an enclosed courtyard and a wooded garden with views of the surrounding countryside. The private, enclosed grounds are shared thanks to a gate initially separating them (owners have the right of way to feed their horses and maintain the pool).
The shared pool between the two houses offers incredible views of the green valleys that surround it. The pool has a system that regulates its temperature during the summer.
