  • The spacious bright home awaits your arrival. With large living quarters your family has space to relax. Game room features fooseball table. Enjoy barbecue as you wind down the day conversing with friends and family. Catch the sunset over looking the Shark River through the bay windows, Enjoy leisurely walk at Maclearie Park. Sun bathe on large deck. Two driveways for parking. The beautiful Belmar beach is a short bike ride. Bring your friends and family to our beautiful home with lots of room for fun. 2 Beach passes provided. New refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor shower and new 50inches 4K television.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Disconnect all appliances from the countertop and turnoff ceiling fans. Recycling items( glass, aluminum and plastic directly into the blue recycling can without bags.
Please leave the glass screen door off the kitchen unlocked and the wooden door between game room and hallway unlocked.
My cleaning staff uses these doors to gain access to our home. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking , parties, or pets allowed. Due to allergies and health issues related to pets. At this time I am unable to accommodate service pets.
Use the outdoor shower to rinse off sands prior to entering our home and using bathtub to avoid clogging drain and incurring additional repair costs
Additional guests fees $100 per person/ per night. Only registered guests allowed. If guests violates rules reservation terminated without a refund.
