Spring Lake is an upscale, vacation community in southern Monmouth County featuring large sandy beaches and a boardwalk. House is on the last block in Belmar bordering Spring Lake, in a nice, quiet family area and close to all of the Summer attractions.
The house is closer to the Spring Lake beach than many rentals in Spring Lake. Monmouth County is home of some of the best public golf courses in America. Just 20 minutes to 6 Flags Great Adventure. Walking distance to oceanfront restaurants and shops in Belmar.

We also have a locker right on the beach, so no need to carry chairs back and forth to the beach. * Brand new kitchen - stainless steel kitchenaid appliances, new cabinets, and granite counter tops. * Extremely nice and clean four bedroom colonial (one bedroom downstairs). * Two bedrooms freshly painted with Nautical Borders. * Two newly renovated bathrooms. * 24 feet X 14 feet master bedroom with ocean and lake views. * Beautiful lake views from every room and patio. * Living room 24 feet X 14 feet with fireplace. * Ocean and lake views from front porch. * Very quiet, family-oriented neighborhood with no group rentals. * Only six houses to the ocean. Walk to Belmar & Spring Lake Beaches. * Off street parking for at least three cars. * Great for families with small children. We will provide a high chair and two Pack and Play portable cribs if requested. * We also provide a two seater wagon and beach chairs for the beach. * NO Groups, No Smoking, or Pets please. We will only rent to families or groups of families.
*****There is a small backhouse on the property that is rented on a year round basis. Everything is geared to the front house. The front house gets the driveway and patio area.*****

The location is very convenient and close to the beach and boardwalk. The home itself is large and each bedroom has a lot of space. Definitely a great house to be enjoyed by a family. The host was very responsive and accommodating to my requests. Highly recommend.
The place was perfect for my family. Spacious, clean and super convenient to beach and community. The landlord was very responsive to all of our questions prior to arrival. I would recommend this house to anyone, you can’t go wrong.

Heidi was an excellent property manager to work with. The whole stay was seamless. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed (towels, kitchen ware, safety gates and pack & play for little ones). The location can’t be beat!
We had a terrific stay at Heidi’s property. The house is immaculate and the kitchen really well stocked. Beds were very comfy and the AC worked great. Heidi was extremely responsive. And 1.5 short blocks to a gorgeous family beach! I definitely will rent again.
What a wonderful place to stay with family. We had a big family wedding to attend in Eatontown but also wanted to be near the beach. This home was perfect for our family of seven. Heidi was very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely stay again if we go back to Belmar. A HUGE thank you to Heidi for sharing her lovely home.

for! Heidi has anticipated every need and was easy to communicate with. And the location could not be more ideal. Everything is as advertised (plus) and would definitely recommend it. Hoping to return same time next year.
Every year we have a small group of 4 that comes to town for a music festival. We were looking. For a house near the ocean and found this wonderful property. The house has plenty of space and is only a few houses from the beach. Heidi was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question that we had. I would highly recommend this property!
Could not have had a better property. Family get together for Mom s funeral. House was awesome and I actually went swimming mid october water was actually nice. We swim in Maine so anything above 55 is ok. It was a very special weekend one that family will always remember. Thanks again for an incredible experience at such a lovely house

Belmar Rental - November 2024
The check-in process and communication with the property manager worked very well. The property is located close to the water on a nice street.
The house was not as updated as we expected. Also, the lighting was very poor for reading and upon signing into the WiFi, a warning popped up that it was not secure which was disconcerting.
Overall the house met our needs but we don’t think we would stay there again.
