  • Hi! We're Pat and Tori, and we'd love to share our beach home with you. We're 1 block from the beach in beautiful Belmar, NJ. Nearby you'll find D'Jais, Bar Anticipation, Marina Grille, Pier 9, and plenty of other great places to eat and drink. It's a close Uber ride to neighboring shore towns like Manasquan, Point Pleasant, and Sea Girt. We personally love running the boardwalk in the morning to Avon and Bradley Beach.

    2 BR, 1 bathroom — perfect for 4-6 people. We are pet friendly on a case-by-case basis.

    THE SPACE
    Our space is a 2-family home with a beautiful paver porch. This unit also comes with driveway parking for several cars (depending on size) — PRIME for this location. We fully renovated in 2026 with central AC, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer.

    The home is set up with one bedroom featuring a queen bed, and the other with a full-over-full bunk bed. The couch in the living room pulls out to a full-size bed, sleeping up to 6 total.

    Comes with 2 beach badges, 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon.
