"Very special place 30 or so minutes outside of Kandy, near Wattegama. A few individual cabin-esque rooms (with en-suite) around a cute courtyard of natural spring pool, pond, hammocks etc. Very attentative hosts who really demonstrate Sri Lankan hospitality at its best. The walk around the spice garden and local village was so interesting. Such a unique bonus to make this more of an experience than just a bed for the night. "The hotel is located very convenient near the temple of the sacred tooth relic. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. We came by car and could park at the hotel car parking in front of the hotel. From there we were incredibly friendly and sufficient guided through the whole process. Within no time we were in our rooms.. with a nice few and wonderful balcony. The diner and breakfast were wonderful. The owner of the hotel can be proud on this staff group!! Also the Barista across the street was a big plus."
