"I stayed two nights at this hotel. My room was a bit different than advertised. I had a skylight and a portal, so the room was large but a bit dark and with no view other than the sky. The furniture was a bit dated, but in good shape and the bed was comfortable, although the desk in my room was a bit damaged (laminate missing). However, the bathroom was newly renovated and very upscale which was nice. It was great to have a nice hot shower to soothe the muscles after hiking. Breakfast was also great--much better than I expected. Highly recommend paying the extra money. Finally, a bonus! The hotel comes with the Ticino pass, and I made excellent use of this. Overall, I would 100% stay again but would request a different room. "

After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.
