"Stayed over New Year and decided to stay and extra night as we felt so comfortable as staff and food were good.
Room was a little small for a 'premium ' but adequate. The bar/ lounge is great, lovely fires and a lot of residents brought their dog, the staff engaged with all👍👍. Look forward to seeing how they upgrade the hotel after the January shutdown. We will be back."

"Great Hotel, room's very clean and tidy ,all the staff are very friendly, no food on at the moment but there is plenty of places to eat in Hexham,breakfast is across the road at the Sister hotel The County. Booked again for next week "
