"The staff was very welcoming & friendly! I loved the shower water pressure & temperature. That makes or breaks a hotel stay for me so that was a real plus. I was wondering if you could add some plant milk to your breakfast items (almond, oat or soy milk) and maybe some non-dairy yogurt as well. That would be helpful for us vegans. "

"Very accommodating staff, this is a very pet friendly hotel, they provide gift bags for pets. All of the staff seem to like to greet the dogs that are guests. Breakfast is good, and there is a very modern coffee and mocha machine in the lobby so you can make your own cups anytime. They also have a water dispenser, so you can fill your own container, rather than waste plastic bottles."

. Easy access to Western Washington University. Clean room on upper floor away from pool. Tons of parking. Great service at front desk at all times, checkin, after dinner and middle of night check out. B-Town restaurant was tasty, great happy hour too. Only con was flat pillows and low water pressure in shower. Still a hot shower! "

"The rooms were clean and the mini "kitchen" was stocked with plates and cups. It was helpful to have a sink outside of the bathroom too (with four people in a room!). The front desk and breakfast personnel were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. The location is OK, but a bit hard to find (tucked behind other buildings) and on a busy street. Internet was good."
