"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "

"Nachdem wir zwei Jahre aussetzen mussten, kamen wir voller freudiger Erwartung zurück in dieses Hotel. Das Personal nach wie vor nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei den Servicekräften angefangen, die Raumpflegerin so wie das Empfangspersonal. Wir haben diesmal nur mit Frühstück gebucht und ich glaube das war auch gut so. Wir hätten uns sonst nur geärgert. Und warum? Die Küchenleistung beim Frühstück hat um 50 % verloren. Angefangen bei den Kaffeevollautomaten weiter zum Frühstücksbuffet wo...

"Am Appartement gab es nichts auszusetzen, nur an der Strafzahlung im Nachhinein: wir hatten unseren Hund bei Fewo-Direct mit angegeben, was aber beim Vermieter angeblich nicht ankam und wir deshalb eine Strafe aufgebrummt bekamen. Es hat uns viel Schriftverkehr gekostet, der noch nicht beendet ist, in dem wir nachgewiesen haben, dass wir unseren Hund angemeldet haben. Sehr nervig im Nachhinein. Schade! "
