My family really enjoyed the pool. Every staff we interacted with, from front desk to maintenance and housekeeping was kind and professional. We really enjoyed the space of the bi-level loft to spread out during our mid day breaks from the parks. It was an easy walk to the Disneyland.

Location: downtown LA is interesting Plaza next to hotel will be great when they finish.
Breakfast: restaurant in the hotel is lovely, expensive and slow. Options outside the hotel are great on weekdays, quite limited on weekends.
