The second bathroom (guest) is near the front of the house, while the ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom includes a private toilet room and combined tub/shower.

The kitchen is stocked for everyday cooking with full size appliances, wraparound counters, and basic supplies. A breakfast bar connects the kitchen to a cozy dining area that seats four.

In the living room, you’ll find comfortable seating including a couch and two chairs, a smart TV, and a sliding door leading to the backyard.
