"Loved this apartment in the heart of Annecy! Completely surrounded by amazing shopping and dining and so close to the river! The space felt like such a reflection of the local culture and really maximized the square footage. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Cute studio apartment perfect for one person or a couple. Very clean, provide various tourists guides and attractions if desired. Owner was great about communication to ensure I had easy usage of the flat. Easy to get to other parts of Annecy."

"Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "

"The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious and comfortable. The tram to Geneva virtually on the doorstep.It was great to have someone come to meet you with the keys and take you up to the apartment. I hate having to find a key box in a town centre or what ever. Julien who met us was extremely helpful and friendly.We really enjoyed our stay."

"This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here."
