The Gathering & Dining Level (Main Floor)

Spacious Living Room: Relax in comfortable seating centered around a large smart TV. The sofa easily converts into a bed to accommodate extra guests.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Outfitted with brand-new appliances, cookware, and everything you need to whip up game-day snacks or a full family dinner. Features a large island with 4 bar stools—ideal for casual socializing.

Sunlit Dining Area: Enjoy morning coffee or a meal at the dining table with seating for 4 (additional seating available in the closet).

Step directly outside through the walk-out door for fresh air between rounds.

The Owner's Suite: A grand, spacious retreat boasting dramatic vaulted ceilings, a luxurious King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite full bathroom. Traveling with a little one? A full-size crib is available here for your convenience.

The Guest Room: A beautifully appointed, peaceful room featuring a comfortable Queen-sized bed and its own TV.

The Kids' Room: The ultimate setup for kids or extra friends! Features a fun bunk bed with a trundle (Full mattress on the bottom, Twin mattress on top, and a pull-out Twin trundle below if needed). Includes a flat-screen TV so they can watch their favorite shows.

Second Full Bath: Located in the hallway to comfortably serve the guest and kids' bedrooms.

Our townhome in the Logan Greene community offers a quiet, relaxed atmosphere with convenient, straightforward road access to both historic downtown Bellefonte and the heart of State College.

Driving & Car Rentals (Recommended)

The Best Way to Travel: Having a car is highly recommended to easily explore the region. We are just a short drive from major local routes, making commuting incredibly smooth.

Car Rentals: If you are flying into the area, major car rental agencies (like Enterprise, National, Avis, and Hertz) are available directly at the local airport.

Rideshares & Taxis

Uber & Lyft: Both services operate reliably in the Bellefonte and State College areas for trips to campus, local restaurants, or downtown.

Vital Game Day Tip: If you are visiting for a Penn State football weekend, graduation, or a major concert, rideshare demand peaks rapidly and surge pricing is common. Public Transit & Commuter Shuttles

CATA Bus Service: The Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) provides public bus transit throughout the region. While it’s primarily centered around State College, they also offer localized micro-transit options (like CATAGO!) and specialized Game Day Football Shuttles from select regional hubs on home-game Saturdays.
