  • Be one of the first to set foot on this new renovation of a cool space in one of Bellefonte’s most historic downtown buildings...and enjoy the Penn State decor while you're there!

    This second floor apartment is central to absolutely everything and an easy 13 minute drive to the stadium—one block from Main Street.
    The building is featured on Bellefonte’s Historic Walking Tour…(It’s old so it’s not perfect looking and new.)
    There is ONSITE PARKING for 1 car right in front of the building plus free parking on the street on evenings and Sundays for other cars


    Premium mattresses, Comforters, sheets, and pillows plus towels and toiletries provided
    Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed
    Bedroom 2 has 2 Twins
    I can also add a high end inflatable bed in the living room.
