12 minutes to PennState
Our quiet 4 bed, 3.5 bath carriage home sits just 12 minutes from Beaver Stadium yet feels like you are in the middle of the country. Built in 2018, the walkout basement was finished in late 2019. King bed en suite master on main floor. Queen bedroom and two twin bedroom upstairs share a bath. Walkout basement has a queen bed, 3/4 bath, wet bar, poker table and TV. There is NO on-street parking allowed in the development. Some may see this as a drawback, we saw it as a positive and it was one of the things that drew us to the property. It ensures a quiet neighborhood. There is enough room for 2 cars in the driveway and a guest spot about 100 yards away around the bend on Jonathan Lane. Our daughter plays a varsity sport at Penn State so we are in and out frequently. I have blocked out all dates. If you are interested in the property please message me for availability.
