"An excellent location for exploring Grenoble. Easy to use trams outside property. The property was quiet, the bed comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. The only fault was the sink in the bathroom the plug would not come up so we could only use the kitchen sink. Although it was easy to check in not having staff onsite means there is nowhere to report any problems."

"Already reported that WiFi code can only be obtained at the reception and that the reception is a good wslk uphill and cannot be reached by (internal) telephone and eternal phone is not answered. Getting a warm shower meant that you need to wait 10 minutes before the hot water reaches the nice shower. Once hot it is hot. "

"Our family of 4 stayed in a junior suite and it was overall a great experience. There was enough room for all of us and all of our gear and the location was really good. Easy access to the gondola and an easy walk around to find food and shops.We loved the town and had a great stay here. My only complaint would have been the pool.
