Appreciated an upgrade to a room with a mountain view which I had paid for after first being placed in a non view room. Rooms could use a clock, a tea offering, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and bath soap accessible to tub not just in shower, for openers. Breakfast was good on weekends not ...

We have stayed here 4 times. The hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurant is good and breakfast has everything you could want. Shuttle to/from the airport is reliable and free. I see no reason to stay anywhere else when travelling through Quito to Galapagos.
