Only 3 minutes drive to Kingston Village Shopping Centre, 8 minutes to the main shops and restaurants precinct in Ocean Grove (The Terrace) and only 10 minute drive to the beach. "I’d like to start with I would definitely stay here again.However, the main air con does not reach a couple of bedrooms and they don’t have ceiling fans. We were 8 adults and 2 kids and there was ample room. Pool water was a little murky and floors were very dirty. Had to run the dishwasher 3 times before we could use it as it was dirty and smelly. Bins hadn’t been emptied from prior guests. Small things we remedied ourselves but we shouldn’t have had to"
