  • Villa Casa Pini is a refined independent villa recently renovated located in the historic center of Bellagio, in the heart of Lake Como. The location is rare and privileged: on a quiet side street, a few steps from the lakefront, restaurants, boutiques and ferries, but far from the tourist noise.
    The villa is spread over two floors and offers a beautiful lake view from several main rooms.
    Upstairs there is an elegant living room with fireplace and lake view balcony, a panoramic dining room and an equipped kitchen with balcony and lake view. On the same level there is a double bedroom with direct access to the private patio and a bathroom with shower.
    Outside, a few steps lead to a large patio surrounded by greenery, a rare private space in the center of Bellagio. The area is equipped with a lounge sofa, dining table, chairs and umbrella, ideal for outdoor relaxation.
    The lower floor houses a suggestive former icebox transformed into a TV lounge, a double bedroom connected to a single walk-through room and a large bathroom with a double triangular bathtub.
    The property also includes a private garage for motorcycles and bicycles and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Beautiful views and a perfect location in historic BellagioVilla Casa Pini has an excellent location in the historic heart of Bellagio. The views are spectacular, and the peaceful, sheltered terrace is perfect for enjoying a drink, relaxing or having dinner outdoors.The house has two lovely bedrooms on separate floors, providing plenty of privacy and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking at home. It was ideal for our family of three and would also work very well for two couples.Restaurants, gelaterias and everything Bellagio has to offer are just a short walk away. The nearest proper supermarket is a little farther—about a 20-minute walk—so it is worth planning your grocery shopping.The check-in process was somewhat more complicated than expected, but everything was resolved without any real problems. Communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout our stay.Overall, a charming and comfortable place with an exceptional location and wonderful views. We would happily recommend it.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful apartment, centrally located, very nice views. Never spoke directly with the host but the RentAllComo staff (managers) were extremely responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended. The only complaint regards the key to door to enter off the street (not the front door), which is a bit tricky to work. Also, the lockbox for the key should be closer to the apartment than a couple hundreds meters down the street. But these are minor complaints. We would definitely rent the villa again.
