We stayed here at season’s end. It was peaceful with a great location. The view of the mountains was a morning treat. The staff was very nice and efficient. Looking forward to the next stay.

The location of this hotel can’t be beat if you are using public transportation. What a wonderful surprise to come up from the metro station and see the hotel right across the street. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The desk staff could have been a little more helpful.

The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room.

Basic Amenities Need Improvement

Most hotels provide complimentary coffee/tea and water in their guest rooms as standard amenities but this isn't one of them. A little tricky to make it to the hotel but the location is great. The room was clean although it could use some updating.

Stayed for two nights. Very lovely setting, clean and well stoked with amenities. Bonus access to hotel facilities which we didn’t have time to use but lovely to walk around the front garden. Paid for the breakfast at the hotel which was worth it in my view! We had the medium room and my teenage daughter was very happy with her massive sofa bed in the living room! Close to shops and restaurants and a pharmacy down the road. True about not providing a bottle of water upon arrival which was a bit disappointing and bit of hike dragging the suitcases on foot up the hill from previous reviews, but it is hilly everywhere in Bellagio so unless you have a car just need to get used to climbing steep hills. Would definitely come back if we are staying in Bellagio again as a a family. Or maybe staying at the main hotel if just the two of us. Love the apartment overall perfect for long stay family holidays in Lake Como.

I liked the convenience of the property. Easy access to all areas in Bellagio. The apartment was clean and roomie. Loved the balconies. The only thing disappointing was no room service with clean towels everyday, and the property grasses were quite overgrown. But even with that, I would recommend the property since it was so convenient, and a nice quiet area.

Very basic accommodation but an incredible value for the money. The Grand Hotel is spectacular and you have full rights to the main property. My son absolutely loved the indoor and outdoor pool and swimming in the lake. We would return again. Bellagio is a charming and beautiful little town.

The place is beautiful and the amenities at the hotel are fantastic. Be aware that there are several steep hills to walk up if you don't have a car. It was difficult with luggage. Totally worth it though! The gentleman that checked us is at the gym/activity center was super nice and helpful!

Booked here and did not realize that this is a sort of apartment off the main property of a lager hotel. Room was super hot and they would not turn on air conditioning (even though room temp 85 degrees F) because it was April. We left it to stay in the main hotel which was awesome but cost 200 more euros per night. That place was awesome.

Experienced the situation that I need to pay 15 euro to change bath towel with no any service provided other than you have a place to sleep. Please note when you book this place, their policy is to not clean room and not change bath towel for 5 days. If you wish to have clean towel, you need to pay 15 euro for each change. If you need to clean room, you need to pay additional room service fee. This information seems not provided in the booking plateform and need to be aware in the booking .

Bellissima!

A roomy modern apartment with all the things you would need for your stay. Located in a great spot of Bellagio, so it is convenient to walk everywhere. The apartment is also associated with the Grand Hotel Serbelloni across the street, so you have access to all the amenities there plus a Michelin starred restaurant. Our 6 day stay there was magnificent.

Ótimo custo benefício

Estadia ótima, bem localizado, funcionários super cordiais. Ficamos em um apartamento completo, fica em um anexo do hotel Villa Serbelloni e a estadia dá direito a usar a área comum lindíssima do hotel 5 estrelas que inclui piscina, praia particular no lago e restaurantes. Só faltou incluir o café da manhã que não tinha essa opção e poucas opções de café na cidade pois saímos cedo de lá. Mas a estadia foi excelente.

The apartments are a fantastic way to experience the property, views and somewhat dated spa amenities. From checking in at the main Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni and almost to the end of our stay, the experience was lovely, ALMOST. We asked to store our bags upon check out which was greatly appreciated, however, the porter dropped one of our bags and broke a bottle of duty-free scotch, ruining the bag and spilling scotch in the lobby. Accidents happen, but no one offered a replacement or even a glass of wine to compensate. The Porter was apologetic, but reception staff turned a blind eye. We were left bewildered and felt like we were rushed away. Later, when we returned to collect our bags, we tried to speak to the reception staff to address what happened, we were told the staff from the morning is not working…basically telling us nothing was going to be done. This soured our experience. Perhaps if we had been guests at the main, more expensive hotel, our treatment may have been better…

Lovely!

Wonderful stay! You have all the amenities of Villa Serbelloni. The reception desk was so accommodating and booked us a lovely boat ride and dinner. Would absolutely stay again.

Very nice and spacious room. Up a hill so it’s very difficult if you have mobility issues. No help with luggage was offered so we dragged all our luggage up the hill ourselves. People at the front desk were not very nice when they saw our large family with all our luggage coming to check in. They were actually snobby and rude even though we all had reservations. And after checked in they didn’t even offer a bellhop to bring our luggage to the room which is normal for 5star hotel. The location is perfect bc we booked private boats for a tour and there’s a dock right at the resort.
