"Beautiful home in a beautiful area! We were fortunate to find a house that slept 14 people as we had family coming from five different states for a funeral and were trying to make things as easy as possible for everyone. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had and allowed us to park in the garage (which isn't always allowed with our experiences using VRBO homes). We only wish our stay had been for a happy reason and we could have enjoyed the home more and taken advantage of the ping pong, fooseball, decks and the scenery. We would definitely stay here again for a family vacation! My only suggestion is to be careful if you are unfamiliar with the area and driving in after dark as we encountered quite a few deer on our drive to the house."

"We used the garage for parking our car overnight and they had a door opener for us to use which was very nice. Very clean and had a full kitchen with enough dishes and silverware for the space. Bed was very comfortable. "

"Wonderful location close to all the fun things to do, trails, Bentonville and even a small drive to quality outdoor shopping. The property was well cared for. Everything we needed was there and even some extras we had not thought about. This would be a great place for a couple wanting to reconnect, a small family ready to explore (one tv in living room and a couple monitors you can game/connect to) or even just a single person needing a get away. The view is beautiful and the host was great with communication. She gave great suggestions for food, communicated well and was there if needed. "
