Would definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Belgrade, lovely environment and location, the staffs are super helpful and friendly, excellent suggestions to our tour routes and traveling methods, our whole journey was full of warmth and comfort.
It is not clear once outside the hotel how you are supposed to get in. The door is locked for security purposes and there is not always somebody on reception even during working hours, so me and my friend were stood outside for 15-20 minutes figuring out how to get in. It was only when other guests walked out that we came in. It should be made very clear upon confirmation emails and when booking what the procedure is, otherwise you could be stood outside for ages.
Once we met our host/receptionist she was very friendly, welcoming and polite and the check in was very smooth.
The rooms were lovely, extremely clean, lots of useful information on the walls with a modern vibe and with very good TV service including all the Sports channels which was great.
The hotel also pre booked us a taxi which turned up on time through the night.
The staff were very friendly and gave me clear instructions for my late check in. It was close to the main part of town and the rooms were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay
“Hotel” not suitable for travelers with heavy bags, there is no lift. Parking is way too expensive. Reception is not 24 hours. Windows are unsafe for children. Bed mattresses are just terrible.
Well, I really wanted to like this hotel. I should've taken the other reviews more seriously. The walls are paper thin I could hear people sneeze, lol. Many nights I didn't sleep since people were up til 3 or 4am in the morning :( I sort felt like I was at a luxury hostel.
Most of the staff was great but one person she seemed very unhelpful and annoyed if I asked her a question or recommendation. I travel a great deal so it was a shame. However, Belgrade is wonderful and most all the people went out of there way to help or provide advice.
Stayed here a few nights. Good location. Clean rooms. Would stay again.
Complaints are minor: Walls are a bit thin and rooms are only made up every other day. Front desk not manned 24 hours per day.
Room was very cool-looking, wasn't expecting it for the price. Can walk to just about everything, the fortress is very close. Good restaurants and cafes and stuff nearby. Only regret is that I had to cancel one of my two nights.
I saw other posters that there was no view... while correct, it really didn't affect me as I was out the whole time.
The rooms are wide and comfortable. Interior design is perfect. I had a pleasant time in staying ZigZag. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great location, great recommendations, good stay
The hotel rooms are located at the very center of Belgrade, and only a stone's throw away from the fortress, the many walkways, and a great little street lined with restaurants serving "traditional" Serbian cuisine. All the recommendations are written in on a blackboard wall at the entrance of your room, and they're all good (at least the ones I tried). The hotel itself is very clean and modern, the rooms are very clean and modern, however, you will have no view whatsoever.
Appartment booked, Location turned out to be at a different address. In the end a lucky strike as the room was in the heart of the area with touristic attractions. Still, the original Intention was different, as we wanted to avoid appartments by booking a Hotel.
