This property has excellent location, the restaurant offers great choices of fresh fish, tasty food, craft cocktails and beautiful view. Our room was spotless and comfortable, the receptionist was polite and made us feel welcomed!

The hotel room was nice ( as are Hilton rooms) nice to have English movie selection on free to air. Room service was not great when they take an order and not deliver . A mistake but not charged Not in the centre so if I wanted to be in the hub look for closer but it’s nice to know what your getting . Not for the room service 9 but this trip 8/10

Der Besuch des Hotels ist jeden Cent wert. Das komplette Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, besonders im Frühstücksbereich. Das Frühstück ist auch hervorragend! Am Nachmittag hatten wir eine Massage in dem wunderbaren Spa. Auch der Sauna und Whirlpoolbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt: Die Einfahrt vom Parkhaus ist sehr eng, aber man kommt ohne Kratzer rein😅. Wir waren in der SkyLounge essen. Das Essen war hervorragend, der Service sehr durcheinander und nicht sehr aufmerksam. Bei einem Essen wurde die kompletten Beilagen vergessen. Die Speisen wurden abgestellt und dann haben wir keine Servicekraft mehr gesehen. Als wir fertig waren, haben wir gefragt, ob nicht noch Beilagen gefehlt haben. Der Kellner sagte: Sorry, we forgot. Und das war‘s. Wir waren vor 3 Jahren mal dort und damals hat alles einen positiven und bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen, diesmal eher negativ. Ichw weiß nicht, ob wir da nochmal Essen gehen werden.

Das Zimmer was schön und sauber. Das Restaurant hingegen kann ich nicht empfehlen aus hygienischen Gründen. Im Essen war ein nicht zu übersehendes dunkles Haar - hatte kaum was gegessen, die Rechnung musste trotzdem bezahlt werden.
